Recent research suggests that self-compassion is the key to emotional well-being. Self-compassion, self care, and self-acceptance can be elusive. Pam can help you get there and teach you ways to nurture those skills for the rest of your life.
In childhood, we all developed coping skills that served us well at the time but don't fit our current needs. Let Pam help you identify how you are getting in your own way so you can move toward the life goals that are important to you. This is your life and you are important. In fact, this is the only life you've got so get the kind of support you need right when you need it. Make the call. It's worth it and you won't regret it.
